A detailed breakdown of our 6-step engineering process, from shadow analysis to net-metering commissioning.
From Roof Inspection to Net-Metering in 6 Steps
We manage all aspects of your installation, ensuring safety, structural integrity, and regulatory TNEB compliance.
-
Step 1: Rooftop Site Survey & 3D Shadow Profiling
Our engineers map your roof coordinates and perform digital shadow profiling using solar tools to identify shading from trees, neighboring buildings, or water tanks.
-
Step 2: Structural Integrity & Wind Load Design
We engineer customized hot-dip galvanized (GI) structures rated to withstand coastal winds of up to 180 km/h, securing your concrete slabs without punctures or leakages.
-
Step 3: Solar Electrical Drawing Approvals
We generate detailed electrical schematics and register your application on the National Rooftop Solar Portal for TANGEDCO/TNEB feasibility approvals.
-
Step 4: Mechanical & Electrical Commissioning
Our certified electricians mount modules, run UV-resistant DC wiring, install AC/DC distribution boxes, test Surge Protection Devices (SPDs), and wire the grid-tie inverter.
-
Step 5: TANGEDCO Inspection & Net-Metering Setup
We liaison with the local TANGEDCO office for solar array inspection, net-metering programming, bidirectional meter installation, and commissioning.
-
Step 6: Handover & Cloud Monitoring Portal Setup
We walk you through system operation, safe shutdown procedures, and install smart mobile monitoring apps to track solar power generation in real-time.
